Focused action is extremely important to any worthwhile endeavor. There is a zen saying that it can be an art to simply peel a potato… if focused attention is applied anything can be an art. I recently read “Wake Up! Your Life is Calling.” by Andy Feld and he speaks about how he made his whole life into a creative dance. He uses the practice of meditation. I use contemplation… and for others they may use another method of going inward. The idea is the same – to come out of the inward practice and then take focused action. As Albert Einstein said, “Nothing happens until something moves.”
